The Growing Up Program is an age appropriate sexuality education program that aims to promote:

• Respect for oneself and for others.
• Personal responsibility.
• Interpersonal communication.

The program is provided as an integral part of the total health education curriculum, it accords with the sequence and approach of the Tasmanian Health and Physical Education Core Curriculum K-10 (1998) and is in the context of the Department of Educations Tasmanian Curriculum.
