This booklet has been designed to provide some of the information you might need if you are young and think you are pregnant. It is only basic information and we encourage you to seek more information and support from family, friends or services.
If you think you might be pregnant (maybe you have had unprotected sex and missed your period) you are probably feeling a million different emotions and not sure what to do next … This book tells you a bit about how to find out if you are pregnant, what sort of choices you may need to
make, who can help and support you and other things to consider … like contraception (if you are not pregnant this time).
Information about particular services that can support you is listed near the back of the booklet.
